How does Pass It Forward work?
When you choose Pass It Forward, you’re purchasing a physical item that we deliver to someone who could use encouragement. Instead of shipping it to you, we distribute it through community outreach, local partnerships, or approved nominations. You make the choice, we handle the delivery.
Can I include a message?
Yes. If you’re sending it to someone you know, you can include a personal message at checkout. If you choose Pass It Forward, we include a simple encouragement note on your behalf.
Is this a donation?
No. This is a product purchase. You’re buying a physical item with a message of hope. When you select Pass It Forward, we take responsibility for placing that item directly into someone’s hands.
How are random recipients selected?
Recipients are chosen through community nominations, local outreach efforts, and partnerships with organizations that work directly with individuals who could benefit from encouragement. We focus on real people and real impact.
